SloFloYoga . . . a journey into present-moment awareness through a smoothly orchestrated sequence of hatha yoga poses in which students learn to mindfully connect the rhythms of their breath with the movement of their body within and between each pose. A creatively constructed playlist of soft classical & traditional sacred music, combined with skillful pacing by the instructor, helps practitioners connect body, mind, and spirit in a way that leaves them feeling deeply relaxed and renewed.
